RSFF (Robust Solutions for Fire Fighting), is an international workshop that intends to be a platform of exchange between researchers and practitioners interested in emergency management, in particular bushfires. The workshop welcomes participation of researchers from the area of algorithms and practitioners both working on emergency management issues. The wokshop is organized within the Work Package WP3 of the European Project GEOSAFE (H2020-MSCA-RISE project n. 691161).
See the Call for Papers for details about the scope, topics and submission process.
Registration is free for all GEOSAFE members and for authors of the accepted papers.

The GEO-SAFE (Geospatial based Environment for Optimisation Systems Addressing Fire Emergencies) project aims at creating a network enabling the EU and Australia regions to exchange knowledge, ideas and experience, thus boosting the progress of wildfires knowledge and the related development of innovative methods for dealing efficiently with such fires.
WP3 – Robustness and Efficiency is primarily concerned with the creation of robust, efficient and flexible responses for wildfire management by investigating first robust processes and dynamic environment prior to designing efficient responses.
